Thursday morning gentle yoga, breakfast and relax by the pool. meditation and journalling Afternoon Conscious Connected Breathwork Intention setting at a fire ceremony.
 

Friday morning gentle yoga, breakfast and relax by the pool. Grounding breath work and past life regression meditation, journalling Ancestral healing by the fire.
 

Saturday morning gentle yoga, breakfast and relax by the pool. energized breath work, movement and meditation earth, wind, fire, air healing practices Osho Dynamo meditation The final release.
 

Sunday morning gentle yoga, breakfast and relax by the pool. This is the itinerary so far and all optional.

Hello, I am Julia originally from Twickenham in the UK, France has been my home for the last 20 years.

I am a certified NLP Practitioner, Belief Coding® Facilitator, Conscious Connected Breathwork Guide, Spiritual Hypnotherapist, and Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation Facilitator.
